I love crab meat. I think
that it has such a unique
texture and beautiful,
delicate but intense
flavour. I would simply
mix my crab meat with
some lime juice and zest,
grated ginger, chopped
chilli, mayonnaise and
some fresh coriander.
Serve with some rocket
leaves on Melba toast,
drizzled with balsamic
vinegar and you have
a gorgeous, light
Christmas starter!
