Shake the gin, lemon
• 50ml Dry Gin
juice and sugar with
• 25ml Lemon Juice
cubed ice and strain
over freshly crushed ice

• 15ml Cranberry Juice in a rocks glass. Drizzle
over cranberry juice.
• Ground Cinnamon
Sprinkle with cinnamon

and garnish with
a lemon slice.

Method
Put the rum, lime juice and honey, along with
most of the mint leaves and ice cubes, into a
cocktail shaker, and shake well. Strain and pour
