Crunchy inner leaves from Little Gem lettuces, filled with
William Carr Prawn Cocktail and finished with a sprinkle of
smoked paprika and some black pepper.
2 Little Gem lettuces.

Pull the Little Gem lettuces apart and choose 15 cupped leaves
that are large enough to fill, saving the rest for arother use.
Place the leaves on a plate anc chill in the fridge for at least
2 x 200g packs of VWilliam
