1kg Flahavans Flakemeal Irish Porridge Oats
200ml Strathroy Whole Irish Milk
2 Meade Granny Smith Apples
1 Meade Bananas
150g Snacking Essentials Milk Chocolate Raisins
125g Fudo Frozen Blueberries, frozen to lock in freshness
125g Fudo Frozen Raspberries, frozen to lock in freshness
3 Table Spoon Slims Maple Flavoured Syrup
Pinch Ground Cinnamon

Pour the oats into a microwave safe dish and pour over the milk
Add the desired fruit, raisins, syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon
to the mixture and fold together
Cook in the microwave for 2 – 3 minutes on high
Press the mixture down into a flat dish
Leave to cool completely, then cut into fingers
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
