Carefully butterfly the Chicken Fillets and
cover with Batts Hot Paprika Seasoning.
Pop into an oven preheated to 180°C and
cook for 25 minutes. Serve with our fresh
Bistro Salad, Deluxe Coleslaw and some
Oaklands Corn on the Cob.

INGREDIENTS
Fry Bacon Lardons until crispy. Drain and
let them cool. Chop the Mini Chicken
Fillets into chunks and mix with the Bacon
Lardons and Salad Leaves. Toss in your
choice of Salad Dressing. Serve with slices
of lovely creamy Avocado and sliced hard
boiled Eggs.
