Ingredients
8 tbsp of Lidl Cranberry
& Almond Granola
250g strawberries, halved
4 tbsp clear honey
6 scoops fruit sorbet of choice
1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
4 scoops frozen natural yoghurt
2 tbsp ground almonds
Divide the granola between
four tall glasses. Layer the
strawberries, honey, fruit sorbet,
peach, frozen yoghurt and a
sprinkle of almonds on top.
