Stuffing is a popular alternative
to larger birds for Christmas
dinner. Complementing the
natural savoury flavour of the
duck, the Pork & Clementine
Stuffing gives that succulent
texture and is bursting with
flavour!
For tips on how to cook the
perfect duck:

• Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan
180°C/Gas Mark 6.
• Place duck on a roasting tray
and cook in the centre of the
oven for 1h 30min. 10 minutes
before the end of cooking,
remove your duck from the
oven and pour over the orange
glaze.
• Return to the oven and cook for
the remainder of cooking time.
• Allow the duck to stand for 10
minutes. Don’t forget to remove
the string before carving!
• Before serving ensure food is
piping hot and is cooked
throughout. Tip: check the
juices run clear and and that
none of the meat is still pink.
