McCormack Family Farms was set up in 1984
by Eddie McCormack in Kiltale, Co. Meath.
They were the first commercial growers of iceberg
lettuce in the 80s and baby leaf salad in the 90s and
this year they became the first large scale growers of
organic spinach on the island of Ireland.

Now run by Eddie's son Stephen they began to work
with Lidl over 10 years ago and currently supply us
with parsley, basil and other delicious herbs.
