Tasting Notes
Sauvignon Blanc - Contains aromas of citrus fruit, pears and some tropical fruits, as well as gooseberries and subtle minerals.
Very fresh, medium-bodied, long with a mineral and citric persistence.ldeal with salads and fish, or as part of an aperitiv.
Chardonnay - On the nose, it is fresh and fruity, with notes of pineapple, citrus and peaches. On the palate, complex with
good balance and fresh acidity. A mid-bodied wine with a long, sweet finish. Great with fish and creamy pasta dishes, or simply
on it's own. The intense flavours also pair well with Asian or spicy foods.
Cabernet Sauvignon - A smooth, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with cassis and black cherry flavours, complemented
by hints of coffee and dark chocolate, delivered through a deliciously long aftertaste. Pairs well with red meats, spicy dishes and
ripe cheese such as gruyere or blue cheese.
Merlot - Subtle aromas of chocolate and dark plums with hints of vanila and smoke. On the palate, medium-bodied with lovely
tannins. Velvety texture with a rich and long finish.A great pairing to pasta, spiced meats , risottos, soft cheeses and mild-spicy
foods
Pinot Grigio - Fresh and classic pears aromas. Gentle,round and mouthfilling with crisp acidity. Ideal to join with salads and
delicate fish such as sole. It also pairs wonderfully with shrimps and oysters.
