Tasting notes
Chardonnay - A touch fragrant on the nose, balanced by
tropical fruit, pear, and apple aromas. Melon and apple are
the primary flavours, while the palate has a chunky feel and
weight to it.
Merlot - This wine offers flavours of ripe cherries and
dark plums, combined with soft tannins and a fresh
fruit-driven finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon - A beautiful Cabernet in the classic
style. The nose has sweet fruit aromas, with notes of
cassis and pepper. Firm, ripe tannins give this wine
structure on the palate, while its primary flavours are
blackcurrant and liquorice.
Sauvignon Blanc - Bright and crispy, this classic Sauvignon
Blanc shows intense aromas of ripe gooseberry, melon and
grapefruit. Soft and fresh on the palate, it has a natural
acidity leaving citric notes in its pleasant and long aftertaste.
