ROASTED TURKEY LEGS
WITH GARLIC AND THYM

INGREDIENTS TO SERVE 8 PEOPLE
. 4 onions
. 2 turkey legs of 2 kg each, tip of the stump bone cut
. 6 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
. 2 laurel leaves
. 250 ml white wine

. 1.5 kg baby potatoes
1. Preheat the oven to Th 6-7 / 200°C
2. Peel the onions and cutthem into four
3. Place the turkey legs into the UltraPro

do not let the turkey legs overlap and make
sure the bones do not come into contact
4. Using the Garlic Star, mash the garlic
cloves, remove the thyme leaves from the
sprigs, then spread them on the turkey
legs. Add the laurel leaves, white wine,
salt and pepper on top.
5. Cover and cook in the oven for 1h.

do not peel them set aside.
