CHOCOLATE AND PECAN BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS TO SERVE 4 PEOPLE
. 180 g dark chocolate
. 150 g butter
. 4 eggs (medium-sized)
. 200 g sugar
1. Preheat the oven to Th 6 / 180°C
4. Mix the chocolate and butter using the
KPTool Beater until smooth and gently
Pinch of salt
. 100 g all-purpose flour
100 g pecans
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and fold in the contents of the Speedy Chef
place it in the MicroCook Pitcher 1 L and the pecan nuts.
Add the butter, cover and microwave
for 1 min. 50 sec. at 600 watts.
Allow to stand for 1 min.
5. Place the Silicone Rectangular on
the cold oven rack. Pour the mixture into
it, then place the rack at the lowest level
in the oven and bake for 25 min.
6. Allow to stand for 30 min. and unmold
3. Using the Speedy Chef, beat the eggs
with the sugar for approx. 10 sec. Add the
salt, flour and whisk again for 10 sec.
