WHITE FISH CEVICHE Preparation time 20' INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE . 1 kg firm white fish filets, cubed . 1 red onion .3 Limes . 1 red jalapeno pepper .fresh coriander . 1 mango . 30 ml olive oil salt and pepper PREPARATION 1. In the Extra Chef with blades, roughly chop the fish and place it in the Cool Stackable High. Proceed in a few batches 2. With the Mini Grater, zest 1 lime and sprinkle over the fish. 3. Using the U-Series Paring Knife peel and segment the limes, removing all the white membrane, then cut the pulp into small cubes 4. Chop the pulp in the Extra Chef and add to the fish. 5. Peel the mango. Slice, reserving a few slices for garnishing, then chop in the Extra Chef with Blades and add to the the fish and lime pulp 6. Chop onion, Jalapeno pepper (without seeds) and coriander in the Extra Chef and add to the mix 7. Finally, blend all ingredients well adding the olive oil, salt and pepper 8. Chill for 1h30 before serving
