ITALIAN GRILLED CHICKEN
Preparation time 900 watts Low
INGREDIENTS TO SERVE 2-3 PEO
. 40 g sun-dried tomatoes
.20 g Parmesan cheese, grated
. 25 g cream cheese
1. Using the Herb Chopper, chop
the sun-dried tomatoes.
Add the parmesan and cream cheese.
2. Using the Utility Knife, make
an incision in the chicken breasts and fill
with the contents of the Herb Chopper.
Close them with a toothpick
3. Using the Basting Brush, brush
the chicken breasts with the oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
5. Immediately remove the bread
and place the chicken breasts
into the MicroPro Series Grill
2 large chicken breasts of 220 g each
2 tbsp oil ( 30 ml)
salt and pepper

and microwave for 6 min. at 900 watts.
Flip the chicken breasts using
