Our Guarantee Tupperware Products are guaranteed for 10 years in the hands of the original owner of the product against any fault such as peeling, chipping, cracking or breaking arising from a manufacturing defect under normal domestic use. Proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt is required. Customer Care contact information can be found on next page. If the actual product replacement is not available, the closest comparable product replacement will be made or, at Tupperware’s discretion, a credit given for the value of the defective product, to go towards future purchases of Tupperware Products. The exact colour cannot be guaranteed. Staining and decorative printing are not covered by this Guarantee. Metal or wooden component parts are not covered by this Guarantee and items in this category marked with Q in the catalogue are, however, guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defect. If you receive such a product and you believe it to be defective, please return it within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please retain this form to show your entitlement to the guarantee in respect of the products listed above. The Tupperware guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is a voluntary guarantee. It constitutes an additional promise, which is independent of your statutory rights as a consumer, in particular in the event of a material defect towards the seller of the defective product. Your statutory rights are not limited by this Guarantee. Merely optical impairments (e.g. discolourations) and other minor deviations from the nominal quality which are irrelevant for the fitness for use of the product shall not be deemed defects within the meaning of the Guarantee; the same shall apply to normal, expected wear and tear and damage caused by improper or non-household use or by nonobservance of the user instructions or instructions for use. If only individual parts of the product are defective, we have the right to replace only the defective parts instead of the entire product.
